James O’Brien is a Sound Alchemist on a mission to connect, share, and help others find relief through sound. He specializes in sound healing using musical instruments such as flutes, handpans, jaw harps, and more to help others release blocks, build spiritual practices, and find their spiritual center, so that they feel self-love, connection, and peace. James especially loves working with those who experience “mind chatter” and depression, individuals who are awakening, and who enjoy advanced theories of spirituality.
Around 2017, James was in a low place, mentally and in his heart. He experienced financial, career, and family hardship and felt that he had hit rock bottom. He began using meditations to assist with sleep, and after a couple of weeks of using the meditations, James woke up one morning and felt happy for the first time in a long time. This was life-changing for him and he realized the meditation was having a profound effect. He began soaking up as much information as he could, making connections with others in the community as he did. Within a year, James’ financial, career, and family situations had completely changed.
James is certified as a Kundalini Reiki Master and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher and QHHT® Practitioner. He uses his training and experience to offer Reiki, Quantum Sound Healing Journeys, and card readings.

Liz believes that within each of us is the power to heal, grow, and live our best lives. She is here to help those ready to find purpose, healing, and answers to questions only found from within.

Liz's spiritual integration started when she learned Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki and realized she was a spiritual being having a human experience. She was able to better understand and connect with her intuitive abilities; abilities she believes we all have, but have yet to feel confident in. Throughout her journey, she was guided to experience Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), a technique she knew nothing about. Through that session, she experienced profound emotional and physical healing and she knew she must learn this technique to help others. She then completed her training and advanced facilitator requirements to become a certified QHHT® Practitioner.

Liz is an Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher, Quantum Hypnotist, QHHT® Practitioner, and Energy Sound Healer. She offers energy healing sessions to help people access the answers and healing they need to move forward in their lives. She hopes to connect with you soon!

About Marie Aka SisterFriend Marie. Marie has a B.A. degree in Psychology and an M.S. degree in The Education of The Gifted. As a natural God-Centered six sensory/telepathic communicator, she has spent over forty-three years providing spiritual and life-path mentoring, reflexology massage, therapeutic aromatherapy, herbal, and flower essences therapies; quantum touch healing, crisis intervention counseling and is a certified natural play instructor. In the past, she was a BlogTalk radio host for a popular show. SisterFriend Marie is known for her Quantum Life Force Meditation that was given via Divine Inspiration. Marie has successfully served as medical intuitive, clairvoyant and animal communicator and aroma therapist. It will consist of providing you with information and suggestions that are intended to assist you and your Health Care Providers in using natural means to support your health. Telehealth education services are not intended to serve as a medical diagnosis or treatment of any kind. Please note that medical insurance does not cover your Naturopathic visit.
